The Slovenian flag is composed of three horizontal stripes: white on top, blue in the middle, and red on the bottom. The country's coat of arms, a shield with the image of Mount Triglav and two wavy blue lines below, is positioned to the hoist side. These elements evoke the country's mountainous landscape and rivers.
